PHOTOGRAPHY CREDITS
The 6th Bomb Group was fortunate to have war photographer Bill Webster within its veteran membership. His black & white collection was taken during combat in 1945 with a professional camera and preserved in great condition over the past 75 years. 6th Bomb Group veteran Percy Tucker’s photos were taken using color slide film, a rarity for that era. Army Signal Corps Irving Winkler’s” photos were also taken using color slide film.
The Association welcomes use of all photos for standard classroom instruction & educational purposes: however, all of the material on this site is copyrighted, and we must insist that appropriate credit be given when used. If the intention is to monetize our content, then permission must be granted in writing by the President of the Association.
